- Created a strategic plan which called for the creation of a waterfront village center. Directed
the leasing of over 200,000 square feet of major restaurants and small shop spaces. Approximately 120
transactions were completed. Tenants included House of Blues, Dick's Last Resort, Waves, Alabama
Theater, Fuddrucker's, Joe's Crab Shack, Big Dog, Chico's, and Ten-thousand Villages.

- Created a strategic plan to revitalize the commercial corridor of an early 1910-20 street
car neighborhood. Directed a twelve month community visioning process that resulted in a strongly
supported community revitalization strategic plan. Services included market research, town planning,
merchandising and financial modeling. 40+ new merchants and four new residential developments were
generated as a result of the work.

Bellegrove

- Village Solutions Company is currently in the pre-development phase of the acquisition and redevelopment
of the historic Bellewood Orphanage in Anchorage, Kentucky. Bellewood will become the corporate offices
of Village Solutions Company with a planned opening in the fall of 2008. The new corporate headquarters
of Village Solutions will include a conference center, theatre, library, exhibit rooms and professional offices
for a staff of 25. The campus plan will also include 6 luxury carriage homes and 4 upscale retail shops,
which will become centers to showcase retail for the company.

- 450 acre mixed-use research and development center associated with the US Atomic Energy facility in
Oak Ridge Tennessee. Project to include bio tech, medical DNA, nuclear and new material research
centers surrounding a new town center designed for the scientists of tomorrow. Retail uses include a
cinema, entertainment center, restaurants, two anchor department stores.
